Why we don't sell Guard Shack Kits.

With over 20 years as an installer, Dealer of Modular Offices, Guard Shacks and a total of 35+ years in the construction business I don't feel that a kit is a good idea for the first time install.  The problems that I see are you have an installer that has no knowledge of the Guard Shack system this makes the install much more of a challenge and may take a  longer time than expected.  Then we have the possible problems leaks on the roof, wall panels, or windows.  The last thing I want is a customer calling me with a leak.  Then on to the electrical part of the Guard Shack this must be done in most areas by a licensed electrician thus adding more cost.  In my experience I consider a Guard Shack that is completely assembled, wired, built in a factory were materials, weather, and experienced skilled personal are just the only choice. There is not anything like being out of town waiting for that overnight part or materials to arrive, somebody has to pay the bill.
