The guard shacks are made of 13/16" thick fiberboard with a corrosion-resistant, aluminum coating on the outside and a wood grain vinyl interior. They have an insulation rating of R1. The roof has a EPDM membrane on exterior roof creates a weather tight seal and gutters that overhang the building by 3" on the two sides with doors. The floor is also made of aluminum and has a slip-resistant diamond-tread pattern easily maintained.

All quick ship guard buildings have two sliding doors with a lock and keyed alike per door. All windows are 1/8" thick tempered glass and are 34" above the floor. Windows in nondoor panels slide open to enjoy the fresh air.

Each building includes a surface-mounted, fluorescent light fixture with acrylic cover/diffuser that requires two 24" long 17-watt T8 bulbs, note bulbs by others "they would break in shipping", one 120-volt duplex outlet, one 230-volt outlet; and a 100-amp 1-phase breaker box. Our quick ship Guard Shacks, or guard buildings also have a laminated particleboard shelf with oak wood grain finish placed 32" above the floor. Shelf is 21" Deep. x 1" Thick and goes from wall to wall this makes a great work service. Just add a chair and bring power to the guard shack and you are ready to go.
